GROUNDS- The terrace is surrounded by herbs; rosemary, sage, bay and lavender scent the air...The spectacular views are framed by old majestic oaks and almond trees.
BEDROOMS- 3 bedrooms - 1 with a king-sized bed, 2 each with 2 large single beds. (Quality linens and comfortable mattresses are standard)
BATHROOMS- 3 en-suite bathrooms - with showers, (1 bathroom has a shower/bath tub), basins, bidets and WC. There is good water pressure and constant hot water.
KITCHEN- A well equipped artisan kitchen with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave and a large fridge-freezer.
LIVING-The open plan living room, has a range of comfortable sofas, WIFI and a TV/DVD.
DINING- There is a dining table inside to seat 6, and another family sized table on the terrace.
POOLSIDE- Guests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.

DETAILSThe Gubbio, occupies the west wing of the Granaio and has been recently converted into a luxury holiday property with an exceptionally large, private, south west facing end terrace with views of the 400-year-old olive groves.

Double French doors lead from the Gubbio’s large private terrace to an open plan dining and sitting room.
There is an antique dining table and chairs to seat 6, a comfortable lounge with leather sofas, a TV/DVD player and a large picture window with stunning views of the hills to the south.
The kitchen is hand-crafted by local artisans and is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, full size oven, microwave, and large fridge freezer.
There are three bedrooms, all have traditional wrought iron beds handmade to our specification by local artisans. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other two each have 2 single beds. All three bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom.
The bathrooms are well designed and feature, a power shower, bidet, basin and WC. Bathroom 3 also has a bath tub.
The Gubbio’s private terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views. There is a large sitting area with natural shade from the almond trees to the north. The terrace is surrounded by fragrant herbs such as bay, rosemary, thyme, mint and lavender. There are also several plants that attract wild butterflies, which makes for a beautiful spectacle. The terrace is shaded by a hand-crafted wooden pergola and also has a large table, 2 sun loungers, chairs and gas BBQ grill.

There is a selection of outdoor activities available, such as badminton, boules, ping pong and bikes. There is also a children’s play area with swing and climbing frame, mini football goal, a sand pit and a small paddling pool with toys for young children.
Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and electricity are included. The property is fully centrally heated. (Additional weekly charge applied for use of heating)
