KITCHEN- A well equipped artisan kitchen with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven,a large fridge-freezer and microwave.
LIVING-The open plan living room, has a range of comfortable sofas, WIFI and a TV/DVD.
DINING- There is a dining table inside to seat 4, and another family sized table on the terrace.
POOLSIDE- Guests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.

Double French doors lead from the Montefalco’s leafy private terrace to a light open plan dining and sitting room.
There is a dining table and chairs to seat 4, a sitting area with comfortable leather sofas, a TV and DVD player and a large picture window with stunning views of the hills to the south.
The kitchen is hand-crafted by local artisans and is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, full size oven and fridge freezer.
A charming archway leads to two separate bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms feature handmade and antique furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king size locally crafted wrought iron bed, bedroom 2 has two large handmade single beds.
The bathrooms are well designed and both feature power showers, bidets, basins and WCs.
The Montefalco’s private terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views. There is a large sitting area with shade from the surrounding trees, an umbrella, table, chairs and gas BBQ grill. The leafy terrace is surrounded by flowers and a fragrant herb garden with bay, lavender, thyme, rosemary and sage.
FACILITIESGuests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.
There is a selection of outdoor activities available, such as badminton, boules, ping pong and bikes. There is also a children’s play area with swing and climbing frame, mini football goal, a sand pit and a small paddling pool with toys for young children.
Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and electricity are included. The property is fully centrally heated. (Additional weekly charge applied for use of heating)
