BATHROOMS- 2 bathrooms - 2 en-suite with showers, basin, bidet and WC. (The twin bedroom is equipped for people with reduced mobility)
There is good water pressure and constant hot water.
KITCHEN- A well equipped artisan kitchen with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine plenty of work space and a large fridge-freezer.
LIVING-An doorway leads to the separate living room, which has lofty ceilings and traditional oak beams and a range of comfortable seating, wood burner, WIFI and a TV/DVD.(Optional double sofa bed for 2 additional guests)
DINING- The dining room is very spacious and has oak beamed ceilings and traditional features. There is a large farmhouse table that seats 6. (As the room is very spacious, it can easily be adapted for large groups wishing to dine together)
POOLSIDE- Guests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.

DETAILSThe Villetta’s lovely curved terrace overlooks the picturesque views to the south and the hillside to the west. The spacious property features original oak beams, terracotta ceilings, hand built chestnut window frames, traditional tiled floors, and a bespoke kitchen.
Traditional solid chestnut doors lead from the Villetta’s terrace to the exceptionally spacious, light, open plan kitchen and dining room with stunning, high oak beamed ceilings.
The bespoke kitchen was handmade by local artisans and is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven and a fridge freezer. The dining area has views to the west, a lovely old oak dresser and table with chairs to seat 6.
A handcrafted door leads to bedroom 2, a double room with views to the east, has 2 large handmade single beds and a generous luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk in power shower, basin, bidet and WC. (The bathroom is equipped for persons with reduced mobility)
A second door leads to the equally large separate living room, which also has a dramatic high, oak beamed ceiling, views to the south and west, comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD player and a traditional log burning stove. (Sofa bed available to sleep up to 2 extra persons)
A doorway leads to a hallway and bedroom 1, a double-size room with views to the east and south. Bedroom 1 has a locally made king size wrought iron bed and an adjacent bathroom with power shower, bidet, basin and WC.
The Villetta’s private terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views. The terrace is surrounded by flowers and fragrant herbs such as rosemary, sage and bay. There is a sitting area with a large table, chairs, a stunning hand-crafted wooden pergola for shade and a gas BBQ grill.
FACILITIESGuests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.
There is a selection of outdoor activities available, such as badminton, boules, ping pong and bikes. There is also a children’s play area with swing and climbing frame, mini football goal, a sand pit and a small paddling pool with toys for young children.
Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and electricity are included. The property is fully centrally heated. (Additional weekly charge applied for use of heating)
