LIVING-A doorway leads to the living room, which has stone walls and traditional tiled ceilings, triple fold French doors that open out to the terrace, comfortable armchairs, WIFI and a TV/DVD.
DINING- There is a dining table to seat 3 and an additional dining table on the terrace.
POOLSIDE- Guests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts stunning, infinite views of the mountains, ample shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.

DETAILSThe Cantina is a lovingly restored Umbrian farmhouse wine cellar, full of charm and character. Among the many features are hand built stone archways, dramatic terracotta tiled ceilings, beautiful original oak beams and stunning Umbrian stone walls.
The Cantina has an exceptionally large covered loggia and terrace and has fantastic uninterrupted views of the picturesque Apennines to the south. The Cantina is furnished to a high standard, combining locally crafted furniture with period pieces and modern comfortable soft furnishings.
Triple fold French doors lead from the loggia to the Cantina’s large open plan living/dining room which boasts oak beamed ceilings, a hand built stone archway and exposed stone walls throughout.
The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 3. The large living area has 2 comfortable armchairs, a CD player and a range of games and books TV & DVD.
The bespoke kitchen was hand-built by local artisans and is well equipped with plenty of work space, a dishwasher, gas hob, full size oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.
A door leads to the exceptionally large bedroom which features dramatic stone walls, double French doors to the loggia, a handmade king size wrought iron bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom.
The large bathroom has a separate bath tub, a large walk in power shower, basin, bidet and WC. (There is good water pressure and constant hot water)
The Cantina’s private terrace and covered loggia is a perfect place to relax and take in the views. The terrace has a private sitting area with a table, chairs, a gas BBQ grill and 2 teak sun loungers. The terrace is surrounded by flowers and fragrant herbs and offers stunning views of the Apennines to the south.

There is a selection of outdoor activities available, such as badminton, boules, ping pong and bikes. There is also a children’s play area with swing and climbing frame, mini football goal, a sand pit and a small paddling pool with toys for young children.
